The Alignment Kickboard Swim Alignment Board optimizes kicking training The Swim Alignment Kickboard Board is a new generation board. The small body of the Alignment Kickboard (made of a special foam covered with a canvas structure) floats a few centimeters below the surface of the water, thus allowing the swimmer to maintain the alignment of the body by remaining parallel to the bottom and avoiding angled leg stop. Its hydrodynamic shape, added to the slight sinking, releases the tension from the shoulders and avoids hyperextension of the neck avoiding the overload of these two areas which is instead maximum during the use of the classic board.
