Do not stretch more than 3 times the original length of the tubular to avoid exceeding the resistance limit of the elastic

Inspect regularly, if cracks or damage occur they can no longer be used

Never release the elastic when it is under tension

Make sure that the coupling is to a fixed and solid structure and that there is no tilting or movement of the coupling

Never stand in front of the user in a dangerous position for a possible breakage of the elastic

Do not use in water
